• Guaranteed Hours:* 36 hours per week
• Experience:* 1-2 years
• License:* Iowa Nursing License
• Certifications:* Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Must-Have:*
• Experience in ICU
• Iowa SING background check clearance
• Clear county and state background checks
• Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult)
• 10-panel drug test including opiates
• Titers from the last 12 months

• Provide high-quality care to a patient population primarily consisting of adults, including managing complex medical needs and cardiac drips.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver individualized and seamless patient care and support to families and friends.
• Utilize equipment such as Mindray and EHR systems like MediTech to manage patient information.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3 within a 10-bed ICU unit.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and strong communication skills.
• Comply with all onboarding requirements before the start date.
• Allow for flexible start days on Monday or Tuesday.
• Preferred Skills:*
• Experience with patients suffering from COPD, chest pain, and other critical conditions.
• Demonstrate an understanding of working in an acute setting with an appreciation for community healthcare needs.
• Dress Code:*
• Scrub color: Any (ensure professional presentation)
• Unacceptable attire includes any garments not adhering to professional standards.
