Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician works under the supervision of the Pharmacists and the Director of Pharmacy and provides technical services as allowed by the hospital's policies, the laws of the State of Iowa, Board of Pharmacy, and that the technician is proven competent to perform.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION High school graduate or equivalentEXPERIENCEPrevious experience as a pharmacy technician is strongly preferred.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE Must be registered by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Technician and be nationally certified by the PTCB Board.
