Competitive Compensation:
Earn $20-$26 an hour based on experience, plus overtime opportunities and performance-based merit increases. 3 rd shift receives a 10% shift premium on top of hourly pay. Welders often earn $50,000-$60,000 in their first year.

30pm
3 rd shift - Sunday to Thursday from 7:
30pm to 6:
00am, will train on 1 st shift before moving to 3 rd shift, 10% shift premium compensation

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
Assemble and fabricate large metal structures using various equipment such as MIG welders, grinders, torches, arc cutting and measuring tools.
Responsible for manufacturing products according to the specifications and standards of the customers.
Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
Lifting and carrying heavy items and moving components by operating an overhead crane.
Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintains safe and clean working environment.
Wear proper personal protective equipment.
Ability to work overtime as required including Saturdays.
