Role Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be instrumental in delivering tailored nursing care while collaborating with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary teams. Your role involves:

Utilizing the nursing process for thorough assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care.
Ensuring the delivery of safe, compassionate, and effective care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.
Acting as a charge nurse when needed and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel based on their competencies.
Conducting resident assessments and educating residents on health matters.
Complying with nursing standards and ethics as described in the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program, preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
An active and unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintenance of required competencies.
