SHIPPING AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR

+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you will be the one to keep things organized and moving along as things should

+ Your exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, will be critical to your success and the success of the business

+ Please note, our hours of operation are 6:
00AM - 6:
00PM, Either Sun- Tues (Every other Wednesday) or Thurs-Sat (Every other Wednesday)

+ Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary

+ Paperwork

+ Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products

+ Sign drivers in and out

+ Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials

+ Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines

+ Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments

+ Perform other duties as assigned/needed
