We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Procedure Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining comprehensive procedures that align with our business operations and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and organize procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct risk and control assessments to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Define and document how procedures align with business objectives and integrate into daily operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure procedures are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Review and revise existing procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all procedures are easily accessible and understandable for all employees.
  • Develop and document manual billing processes, including the billing of supplies, to ensure accurate coding and proper billing.
  • Centralize and store billing procedures for better auditing purposes.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and Word to create and manage procedure documentation.
  • Coordinate with the team responsible for storing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procedure writing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and control assessment processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Word for documentation purposes.
