Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to our residents. This role involves collaborating with residents, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. The RN demonstrates comprehensive nursing knowledge and care tailored to age-specific needs. Responsibilities include coordinating care, conducting resident assessments, educating residents, and executing various nursing interventions.

As a charge nurse, you will delegate tasks to both licensed and unlicensed personnel while providing necessary support to ensure safe and effective care. This role requires adherence to nursing standards and ethical practices as established by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

Graduates of nationally accredited nursing programs are preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing being advantageous. Candidates must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where they practice, including multistate licenses if applicable.
