Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will utilize the nursing process to deliver personalized care to our residents. You'll collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role includes providing care across all stages of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment, addressing the unique needs of each resident.

In addition to direct patient care, you may take on the responsibilities of a charge nurse, delegating tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed staff. You will ensure safe and effective care delivery, supporting your team in maintaining high standards.

The RN is expected to practice within the scopes and standards outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association, ensuring ethical and competent nursing care at all times.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates who are graduates from nationally accredited nursing programs. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is desirable. A current, unencumbered RN license from your state's Board of Nursing is required, and you must maintain required competencies and certifications.
