Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care. The RN will be responsible for preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and education of residents.

In this position, you may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating tasks to both licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring that all staff have the necessary support to provide safe and effective care. The RN must adhere to the regulations outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and utilize established standards of nursing practice in all interactions.

Qualifications

A graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing being ideal. You must currently hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where you practice and maintain all necessary competencies and certifications.
