About the Role:

Join us as a Solution Architect and become a key driver of innovation, customer success, and technical excellence. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences, this is your chance to shine!

You'll play a critical role in delivering pre-sales support, customer training, and technical guidance while working closely with product management and engineering. Your expertise will shape new products and workflows while building lasting relationships with our customers.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Empowering Customers:

• Deliver impactful product and workflow training to customers, sales teams, and dealers.

• Offer live, onsite, and virtual training tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.

• Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and other digital tools.

Driving Innovation:

• Capture customer feedback (VOC/VOS) to influence future product developments.

• Contribute to product testing and beta programs that simulate real-world applications.

• Develop and share technical documentation, FAQs, and white papers to support customers.

Shaping Solutions:

• Troubleshoot and solve product performance challenges with creative, customer-first solutions.

• Assist in integrating X-Rite solutions into customers' workflows and IT infrastructures.

Showcasing Excellence:

• Represent X-Rite at trade shows, showcasing our technology through engaging demonstrations.

• Prepare, set up, and provide technical support to drive impactful customer experiences.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a color-related field (e. g. , graphic arts, paints, plastics, textiles).

• Experience : 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the printing and packaging industry.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e. g. , networking, database server setups, server operating systems, and cloud computing).

• Proven organizational skills with a passion for customer success and a knack for technical problem-solving.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
