Print Production Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dubuque, IA

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by framing artwork, photos, and prints from large format printers.
Operate printing, finishing, and bindery equipment, ensuring high-quality output.
Learn and execute reprographics and digital printing tasks as required.
Maintain attention to detail and adhere to quality control standards.
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability to learn and perform various printing and finishing tasks.
Previous art background or framing experience is a plus.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with possible overtime.

Benefits:

Competitive starting pay ($16-$18 per hour based on experience).
