About the Roles

Account Executives (AE):

Build and manage client relationships with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Design and recommend comprehensive insurance plans tailored to client needs.
Serve as a mentor to new employees and collaborate with team members.
Have the opportunity for ownership over TRICOR house accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Account Managers (AM):

Support all aspects of client account servicing and onboarding.
Organize client files and work alongside AEs and sales staff.
Continuously develop insurance knowledge with a proactive learning mindset.
Serve as the backbone of our client relationships, delivering professional, personalized service.
