The Senior e-Learning Designer will develop creative, thoughtful, innovative learning solutions that contribute to world class technical capabilities and performance.
Will advance learning experiences that facilitate acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies, and ultimately improve on-the-job performance and achieve business goals.
They play a key role in designing and developing engaging and impactful learning experiences utilizing advanced authoring tools, and will work to mentor and coach peers and promote collaboration cross functionally.
In addition, will assess, develop, and consult to leadership competencies and learning solutions for leaders at all levels aligned with corporate business strategies.
Ideal candidates bring high technological aptitude and collaboration abilities at all levels of the organization.
