Senior Accountant- Corporate Tax

What You'll Do:

Were looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Tax team. In this role, youll be working on U.S. tax reporting for foreign subsidiary earnings and oversight over foreign tax calculations. You will also apply knowledge of accounting standards and expertise to tackle business problems, seeking guidance for new or complex situations.

Perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting for tax associated with foreign subsidiary earnings
Assist with information returns of foreign subsidiaries for U.S. Federal Tax Return
Assist with projects related to emerging international guidance, including Pillar Two
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Drive continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving automation, and documentation of processes

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required
Tax experience preferred
Proficient in Excel
Must be a critical thinker
Familiar with Essbase/HFM/ Netsuite/ Peoplesoft is a plus
CPA or other applicable certifications preferred

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:
$77350 - $182400 / year

Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees dont accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA). Youll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
