How You'll Make a Difference:

You will be executing administrative support for legal activities for PMI, PMI Educational Foundation, and PMI subsidiaries, such as compliance with global privacy regulations; corporate governance for PMI, the PMI Educational Foundation and PMI subsidiaries; legal records and file maintenance; factual and legal investigations; and researching and document filing.

Key Responsibilities:

MUST have experience and understanding of privacy law.
MUST have demonstrated knowledge of and experience with specialty legal area (e. g. data privacy, corporate governance).

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Bachelor's degree
Certification from a paralegal school.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department
Ability to make discretionary decisions and recommendations to use of content.
Ability to develop and execute detailed plans, collect and interpret large quantities of information, and prepare concise summaries. Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including ability to partner closely with other teams to achieve collective objectives.
Strong relationship management skills, especially with internal leaders and business teams, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
