Key Responsibilities
Provide financial expertise and support for labor management, including budget planning and training
Optimize labor costs through data analysis and monitor trends for resource optimization
Maintain labor management systems, ensuring compliance and data accuracy, while supporting workforce planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance or healthcare
6-8 years of experience in an inpatient healthcare setting
2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, such as human resources or finance
Experience with budgeting and project management preferred
Familiarity with healthcare financial principles and labor management best practices
