We are currently seeking a skilled Associate Wealth Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Wealth Advisors in handling client relationships and ensuring exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include administrative support, financial planning assistance, participating in client meetings, and engaging in professional development opportunities that will prepare you for a potential future role as a Wealth Advisor.

This position is based in or near Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Responsibilities:
Assist Wealth Advisors in managing client requests related to investments, IRAs, trusts, estates, and financial planning.
Handle day-to-day administration of client accounts, including processing new client paperwork, conducting annual account reviews, and supporting various projects.
Respond to client inquiries about distributions and other service-related requests in a timely manner.
Prepare IRA/agency paperwork and complete operational templates for client changes.
Participate in client meetings to foster relationships and develop an understanding of the Wealth Advisor role.
Support clients with portal access, troubleshooting, and handling other service requests.
Collaborate with staff on clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience working in a financial institution.
Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes in a professional office setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
