  • Cass Health is currently looking for individuals interested in pursuing a career in nursing or currently pursuing a career in nursing to join our team as a nursing registered apprenticeship. The registered apprenticeship program includes a combination of on-the-job learning and traditional classroom work at a neighboring community college.

    Participants must be enrolled in or plan to enroll in a nursing program at either Iowa Western Community College (IWCC).

    Education and Experience RequirementsEDUCATION:
    • Required: High diploma or GED
      • Following IWCC prerequisites completed or will be completed by May 2025.
        • Composition 1
        • Developmental Psychology
        • Human Anatomy and Physiology I
        • Anatomy and Physiology II
      • Successfully passed the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) Examination with a composite score of 58.7% or higher or will by April 1, 2025.
