Location: Ames, Iowa
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our clients in the construction sector by sourcing, screening, and securing top talent. In this role, you'll build partnerships with engineering and trade schools, attend college and career fairs in Iowa, and utilize job boards and recruiting resources to present top candidates to our clients.
