• Controlled Substance Registration/Certificate of Drug Authorization (CSR/CDA)

• Clean Malpractice preferred
• Not accepting locums candidates
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Cannot accept providers with malpractice cases in Probate or requiring supervision

• Join a team of 4 Oncologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Provide inpatient consultations primarily and cover clinics in designated areas
• Participate in shared call duties
• Engage with a physician-led medical group focused on leadership, wellness, and work-life balance
• Enjoy autonomy to build a desired practice within a supportive team environment
• Access to hospitalist team for inpatient support
• Opportunity to participate in radiation oncology, genetic testing, clinical trials, and infusion therapy

• 4 weeks vacation and 1 week allocated for CME with an allowance
