Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner will work with leaders across the organization to drive relevant initiatives and manage people operations in support of overall business strategy and objectives.
Drives various HR programs including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Total Rewards, L&D, and Culture building.
Serves as an expert on people processes and policies.
Designs and executes strategies for how the business develops, motivates, and retains team members.
Supports managers in creating specific action plans to develop and grow team members.
Oversees sensitive employee relations.
Completes ad-hoc projects such as creating training manuals, developing competencies, drafting job descriptions, policy revisions, etc.
Uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify trends, support retention/engagement and identify strategic opportunities to provide an experience that enhances our culture, experience, and work environment.
Partners on Diversity & Inclusion efforts, working closely with teams to ensure we have in place the protocols, guidelines, toolkits, and programs that demonstrate our commitment to being an inclusive workplace.
Provides insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue.
Provides guidance, mentoring and coaching to managers and team members.
Travels to various practice sites throughout the US up to 25% of the time.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
Four or more years of human resources experience required.
HR certified (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Skills and Abilities

Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze quantitative data and understand the key metrics (demographics, attrition/retention rate, pipeline, mobility) to communicate insights, ideas, tell stories, drive decisions and measure impact.
Ability to build trust and confidence from various stakeholders and support across all levels of the organization via multiple platforms: in person and remote, intranet documentation, social, email, team meetings, events etc.
Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive deliverables.
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and adapt to changing business operations in high pressure conditions.
Self-motivated and directed, consistently demonstrating initiative and drive for results.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Flexible, start-up mindset and high functioning in a fast-paced, constantly changing, deadline driven environment.
Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience with HRIS and ATS software systems.
