HSE Training Coordinator - Pipeline

Primoris Pipeline is now searching for an HSE Training Coordinator to support our training efforts in Beaumont, Texas! This entry-level role is the perfect foot-in-the-door opportunity for a motivated, bilingual self-starter who is eager to grow their career in safety training.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
Maintain training records, attendance, and certification logs for employees.
Coordinate with trainers, employees, and management to ensure training needs are met.
Prepare training materials, manuals, and reports as needed.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company training requirements and deadlines.
Support the tracking of employee progress through training programs.
Manage communication regarding training schedules, updates, and requirements.
Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Attend and support occasional Saturday training sessions when required.
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
