House Attendant

About the Role:
As a House Attendant at our WSS Austin North Central, VBH location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, as well as assisting guests with any requests or needs they may have. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will be essential in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment for our guests.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Assist guests with requests such as extra towels, pillows, or other amenities
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
Ensure all supplies and amenities are fully stocked and readily available for guests
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with guests

Skills:
As a House Attendant, you will utilize your attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained. Your ability to communicate effectively with guests and other team members will be essential in providing exceptional service. Additionally, your knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, as well as your physical stamina, will enable you to perform your duties efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.
