As a Life Care Professional for the Patriot Care Program, you will:
Assist veterans with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and transferringProvide a supportive environment that builds trust with veterans and their familiesCommunicate veteran changes or health concerns directly with your care teamComplete necessary training and education with our electronic HR softwareUse electronic software for timekeepingRequirements:
