About the Role This 26-week contract offers the opportunity to work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts, providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced OR environment. Salary and Benefits The pay package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate, calculated based on industry standards for travel nursing positions in the Burlington area, including a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined upon confirmation of the placement.

Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have experience working in an OR setting, with strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols. Key responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality patient care during surgeries
Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure smooth procedure execution
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information
Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements:
RN license with current registration
Experience working in an OR environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including night shifts and weekends
