The Site Manager for Kaheawa Wind I & II projects will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the combined 34 MW wind facilities situated in Maui, HI.
The position is responsibility for overseeing the technician team and completing the day-to-day operations of the site, including maintenance of wind turbines and related equipment.
You will also handle troubleshooting to diagnose and fix problems that cause turbines to shut down or fail to operate properly and ensures proper operation of equipment and compliance with safety requirements and procedures.
Along with the Sr.
Asset Manager, West, you will be tasked with the management of site technicians, including scheduling, ensuring proper training, emphasizing the HSSE program, adhering to regulatory compliance and annual operating plan budgets.
Additionally, you will work with other team members to manage vendors, subcontractors, specialty maintenance crews, and consultants, coordinating efforts with third parties.
You will also be the site representative within the local communities.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with the Sr.
Asset Manager, West and Manager, Performance Engineering to monitor daily asset performance, regulatory compliance, and annual operating plan budgets.
Additionally, the position collaborates with other cross-functional divisions to support creation of internal and external reporting requirements.
