What you'll do:
Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directivesExecute store opening and closing procedures and be highly responsible for the store keys and security measuresServe as Manager on Duty when neededGive basic coaching to Retail Associates as neededHelp build product-knowledge driven sales culture, sharing your knowledge of our industry, eco-initiatives, and high-quality product to Associates and CustomersActively help and engage with customers' wants and needsDrive sales and build relationships with customersRepresent the brand with actions and knowledge of productBring your passion for the brand, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, or the action sports industry into the store environment to connect and build relationships with customersComplete customer transactions in a timely and accurate mannerInform customers of current sales and promotionsMerchandise men's, women's, and kid's clothing and accessoriesMaintain floor appearance by receiving, checking, and shelving merchandiseMaintain store cleanliness by keeping areas organized and unclutteredCollaborate with your team and delegate as needed to complete assigned tasksContribute to a fun, organized, efficient environment and lead by examplePerform other duties as assignedWhat you'll need:
High school graduate or equivalent6 months to 1-year experience retail experience in an apparel storeFlexible schedule; ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysFamiliar with the the brand and action sports industryInterpersonal, customer service, and basic math skillsLead a team by example effectivelyResponsible and dependableBe an effective team playerStrong ethical behaviorStrong sales training and knowledgePerks:

Ability to transport and position a minimum of 10 lbsAbility to constantly move within the store and backroomAbility to stand (or remain in a stationary position) for long periods of timeGreat communication skills with customers, store team, and corporateAbility to accurately process cash transactions, including basic math/counting skillsLiberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
