Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital.

Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific Region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care.
Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani.
The hospital is home to the Kapi'olani Women s Center and the Women s Cancer Center, and offers numerous community programs and services, such as specialty pediatric clinics, the Kapi'olani Child Protection Center and the Sex Abuse Treatment Center.Our team of speech language pathologists works to help infants, children, adolescents and adults reach their full potential in mobility, communication and daily living skills.
They work with people who have difficulty producing speech sounds, such as rhythm and fluency problems, stuttering, voice disorders, cognitive communication impairments, or simply those who wish to improve their communication skills.
The department s integrated program involves highly trained specialists that may include audiologists, speech-language therapists, occupational therapists and physical therapists.As the Speech Language Pathologist, you have the opportunity to bring the gift of speech and rehabilitative speech therapy to patients suffering communicational challenges.
Specifically, you will provide speech-language services and consolation for inpatients and outpatients as medical center locations and contract sites.

Current Hawai i Speech Pathologist license.
Current American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
Current American Heart Association Heart Saver AED CPR card.Preferred Qualifications:
