The Facility Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of designated areas, ensuring that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
The pay reflects the hourly rate for this position. Actual offers may vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, location, and market data.
We offer flexible Swing and Graveyard Shifts, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
No educational qualifications (high school diploma, GED, or college degree) are required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service
One year of related work experience
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and clean facilities, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-kept
Follow appropriate procedures for chemical usage and equipment operation to prevent damage
Notify management regarding repair needs or observations about building systems
Establish effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors
Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities
Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and machinery
Move items such as furniture and boxes to reach clean areas
Clean glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors
Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and food areas
Perform seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
Gather and dispose of trash efficiently
