Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer- HC with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Excel and domain expertise in Accounts Receivables and Provider. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing team operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Trained the team in managing and processing accounts receivables efficiently.
• Oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in using MS Excel for financial data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial processes.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounts receivables management.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in financial processes.
• Prepare and present reports on financial performance and team progress to senior management.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts receivables promptly.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivables management.
• Ensure the team adheres to the night shift schedule and maintains high productivity levels.

Qualifications

• Must have strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Must have domain expertise in Accounts Receivables and Provider.
• Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Certifications Required

Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) or equivalent certification.
