We are seeking a dedicated

Helpdesk Engineer

with deep experience in Office365, AzureAD/Entra, and a strong commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation skills and a keen eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for Office365 and AzureAD/Entra-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT access and connectivity problems efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of support requests, resolutions, and processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with users and addressing their concerns.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support and access management.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and knowledge sharing.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in supporting Office365 and AzureAD/Entra environments.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
