Trailer Yard Assistant - $17.00 per hour
Express is now hiring a Trailer Yard Assistant for a reputable trailer sales company in the Linn County area!
This is a great opportunity working in a small team environment. This is a long-term, evaluation-to-hire position with potential for advancement!
Starting wage is $17.00/hour, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities:
Offloading new trailer shipments in a timely fashion
Performing assembly tasks for various trailer parts
Installing/changing tires
Various yard maintenance tasks (cleaning, landscaping, etc.)
Operating a forklift (forklift experience a plus)
Assisting customers as needed
Parts runs/deliveries
Working primarily in an outdoor setting (exposed to all weather conditions)
Requirements:
Must be able to work efficiently in both a small team setting and on your own
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work Saturdays
This company operates Monday-Saturday and Saturday work is required (will either have Monday or a split day-off schedule).
