Lead QA Engineer

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and overseeing the QA process for our platform, starting with hands-on testing responsibilities and evolving into a leadership role as the team expands. Responsibilities:

QA Execution & Automation:

• Lead the QA process for our Secure Document Generation platform
• Develop and implement automated test scripts using tools like Cypress and Playwright as part of a long-term strategy for continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance test coverage and efficiency.

• Partner closely with developers, product managers, and system architects to integrate QA seamlessly into the development workflow.
• Communicate test results, metrics, and potential risks to key stakeholders.

• Oversee the technical aspects of the QA process, with a focus on continuous improvement and scalability as the platform and team grow.
• Provide leadership and mentorship as the QA team expands, guiding the direction of quality assurance practices and automation frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer in a SaaS or fast-growing technology startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools, preferably Cypress or Playwright.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and grow a QA team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
