The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Social Security / Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

• Creates value for the business through HR solutions that result in winning outcomes by building collaborative partnerships through strong customer focus and solid business knowledge

• Balances the goals of the BU/Segment along with the broader interest of the enterprise; delivers differentiated value by bringing the total resources of the company to customers.

• Employs agile thinking that is clear, rational, open-minded and informed by evidence to design and deliver expert HR solutions that solve business problems at the pace of the business.

• Develops and executes a plan in a disciplined way, by exercising a variety of TEOA principles, systems, and tools.
  Urgently drives improvement of key HR performance metrics to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or above) or equivalent experience required, preferably in Accounting, HR, or related field.
  

Your Skills and Expertise:

• 2+ years of professional working experience in Payroll and Social Security.

• Focused and proven success delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience.

• Experience with tax reporting may be required.
  

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Intermmediate English level

Work location:
Hybrid-Remote (Apodaca, Nuevo Leon)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
