Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux Basics Cloud Basics and IBM WebSphere App Server administration. This role requires domain experience in Payer. The work model is hybrid with no travel required. Skill - IBM BPM ODM BAW IBM WAS Admin having Management skills team coordination skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in the development and maintenance of applications.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux-based systems.
• Ensure the security and performance of cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement best practices for system administration and application management.
• Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and meet their technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Linux Basics.
• Must have expertise in Cloud Basics.
• Must have hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere App Server administration.
• Must have domain experience in Payer.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments (physical & on cloud).
• Nice to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
