Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment
• Responsibilities may include blocking, degreasing, grinding, polishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, travelers
• Knowledge and understanding of process steps
• Measure optical parts using optical metrology equipment, including hand tools
• Understand quality specifications and perform quality checks on own work
Requirements
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
Experience working with machinery
Good time management
Attention to detail
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Manufacturing and optical experience a plus.

The responsibilities of this position will involve having access to items and technical data that may be controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations ("U.S. Export Control Laws"), including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR").
