Geriatrician

Location: Woodridge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality care to sub-acute rehab patients and long-term care patients at Woodridge.
Participating in quality initiatives, as well as divisional and departmental efforts to improve patient safety, quality of care.
Qualifications:
MD/DO Degree
Board Certified/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
ACLS certification
Interest in Geriatrics and nursing home care
Record of engagement and excellence in quality, and service
Ability to collaborate and contribute as part of multi-disciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Active unrestricted licensure (or ability to obtain post hire)
