Key responsibilities of a Sous Chef are:

Lead with Integrity: Ignite and inspire your team, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie that accelerates success.

Drive Results: Maximize opportunities for private events and semi-private, uphold quality standards (freshness, quality and service), and ensure operational excellence daily with an ability to understand how to maximize unit financial performance.

The ideal General Manager will have the following skills:

Proven track record of excellence in high volume ($10MM+) restaurant or entertainment management, ideally spanning over 3 years
