Job Summary Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown team.
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities Implement the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice to deliver patient-centered care.
Provide critical care to patients with cardiac conditions, including continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements A graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a cardiac stepdown or intensive care unit.
A licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or Alabama.
ACLS and BCLS certification.
