Summary of Job:

Manage the day to day operations of construction projects including mechanical and plumbing (M&P) projects with budged amounts over $400,000 from conception through the completion of the warranty period and responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all aspects of the project.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Construction, Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
5 or more years construction project management experience required with specific Plumbing and Mechanical management experience preferred
Good general knowledge of the construction process
Experience with and awareness of contract process, terms, legal issues, scope, etc.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products, Solomon, and Microsoft Project
Experience with and knowledge of blue prints and specifications related to mechanical construction
Trade licenses are a plus
