We are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with Autism through the evidence-based practice of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we serve by ensuring high quality supervision and ongoing professional development.
We also prioritize the growth of ABA professionals, aiming to cultivate knowledgeable and skilled practitioners in behavior science.
JOB SUMMARY
The Behavior Technician will work directly with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct service within their home or school. The therapeutic program is guided by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
