The Manufacturing Systems Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for end user support, administration of user accounts and SaaS applications, endpoint support of Archer's manufacturing infrastructure, and application support .
You will be responsible for:
Mac/Windows/Linux end user support and troubleshootingHands on support of Archer's manufacturing client systemsBe primary point of contact for all Archer IT in CovingtonWhat You Need:
7 + years hands on experience with:
Windows/Linux client & Mac OS support (including command line interface) Okta/AD account managementMobile Device Management administrationGoogle Workspace support:
GAM / GAM Advanced5+ years experienceCloud Infrastructure ExperienceExcellent troubleshooting skills and able to resolve technical issuesSaaS application administration experience such as:
Slack, Zoom, DruvaUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles and use in daily tasks and projectsKnowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)Zebra Barcode Printer / Scanner support & configurationBonus Qualifications:

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy.
For this position we are targeting a base pay between $163,200 - $204,000.
