5 years of FP&A experience 1-3 Years of Management experience Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance Strong financial modeling, planning, budgeting, and forecasting Experience articulating financial data and influence decision making Strong knowledge of SG&A (Selling, General, and Administrative expenses) Additional Skills:

Manage the development and analysis of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts Provide insights into variances and trends to support decision-making Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations Identify and assess financial risks Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial operations and reporting Implement best practices for increased efficiency and effectiveness
