Job Title - Senior Project Manager
Location - Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently from initiation to closure.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMP certification is a plus).
• Experience in industries such as Telecommunication preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
