We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will drive new business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients.
The ideal candidate thrives in lead generation, takes initiative, and is passionate about contributing to the success and expansion of the company.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients through various channels to generate leads
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn interactions to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update HubSpot with relevant information
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
Follow up on leads and opportunities promptly to ensure consistent communication and progress
Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead generation numbers, conversion rates, and campaign success

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales or investment sales is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers effectively
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesloft, GSuite, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a start-up environment are crucial for this role
