Mobile Network Security Penetration Tester Intro
We are seeking two skilled Mobile Network Security Penetration Testers to join our client's team on a 10-month project. The project is set to start as soon as possible, and the position is remote within the United States.
Job Details
• Conduct network penetration tests and identify vulnerabilities in mobile networks.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze, report, and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Develop and execute manual penetration testing plans.
• Utilize strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to address complex security issues.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently on multiple high-priority projects, demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Telecom, Networking, Application Security, and Cloud Security.
• Strong understanding of network and security concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, PKI, SSL/TLS, OAuth, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Experience in platform hardening, access management, certificate management, network security, and operating system security.
• Proficiency in Linux/UNIX and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge and experience in developing automation scripts in Python.
• Experience testing cloud and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Extremely strong written and oral communication skills.
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with 5G Networks (3GPP standards) is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as OSCP are preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
