Our client in the services industry is seeking a Finance Manager II to join their team.
As a Finance Manager II, you will be part of the Financial Services Operations (FSOP) supporting customer and portfolio teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

What's the Job?

Provide business partnership and analytics leadership of processes, projects, and ad hoc commercial financial analysis
Partner directly with one or more Finance Directors to deliver results for the Company, to ensure we meet our commitments to our customers, and to provide commercial analytical expertise to the business
Lead, influence, and direct the work activities of finance and cross-functional partners including NAOU FSOP team members and Platform Services partners
Collaborate with PS/OU networked team to initiate and document process improvements and role sort alignment between PS/OU Teams
Provide ad hoc analysis and research for networked team

Strong Power-Bi, Excel, and Data Analysis Tool
Account Reconciliations, Balance Sheets, Business Planning, Capital Budgeting, Cash Flow, Change Management, Communication, Financial Analytics, Financial Management, Financial Performance, Forecasting Process, Influencing, Internal Controls, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Microsoft Excel, Net Present Value (NPV), Presentations, SAP Business Software
Effective problem-solving and collaboration across networked teams
Effective internal and potentially external communication to identify, resolve, and cultivate confidence in delivering business results and execution of commitments and priorities
Flexibility to shift priorities from commercial and forward-looking analysis to tactical execution of our customer reimbursements and agreements, and analysis of actuals vs.
BP and RE
