Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our organization's data architecture to support our strategic initiatives and business objectives. This role will be responsible for developing scalable data models, ensuring data quality and governance, and optimizing data workflows to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data management principles, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide data architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives - client focused.
Design and implement scalable and efficient data models, databases, and data integration solutions - client focused.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Define and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and quality.
Lead data governance initiatives and establish data management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - client focused.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers and other team members.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
Assist in establishing data governance standards and frameworks to ensure the consistency and integrity of the data and its processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define implement data quality metrics and monitoring processes.
Assist in capture of metadata management, data lineage, and documentation for data assets.
Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
Lead the implementation of cloud-based or hybrid data storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data architecture with existing systems, applications, and APIs.
Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and business units to translate requirements into effective data solutions.
Provide thought leadership and guidance on data-related best practices, trends, and innovations.
Mentor and support data team members to enhance technical skills and understanding of data architecture.
Develop processes for monitoring data workflows and systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into data usage, quality, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a similar role.
Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data solutions.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or a similar role in designing and implementing data solutions
Must Have experience working with Snowflake.
Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling techniques, and ETL processes
Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing technologies
Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience with Airflow preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
