SUMMARY
As a LoadUp Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first contact point for our Loader teams and consumers. You will provide a customer-centric experience through phone calls, texts, chats, and emails. People who choose this position are effective communicators, creatively helpful, able to perform well in complex situations, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive under pressure.
