About the role
The Sr Analyst of FP&A will be a key player in our growing Finance team. You will build and continually improve our core FP&A models and presentations. These models support the CFO and the leadership team to set financial targets, consolidate plans from across the organization, and monitor results. This role will also play an important role to prepare presentations for the Board and investors. The ideal candidate will be able to operate successfully both in granular detail and executive presentations. We need an ambitious finance professional with excellent modeling and communications skills, a self starter, and a problem solver.
This is a
hybrid role , requiring some in-office work at our Brooklyn headquarters.
Responsibilities
Build and continually improve complex financial models, including the corporate 3-statement financial planning model
Draw data efficiently and accurately from a variety of sources including Netsuite, Snowflake, and internal tools
Analyze financial and operational performance to identify opportunities and risks
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline planning and reporting processes
Support the CFO and CEO to prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and investors
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track operational and financial performance vs. plan
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews
Build and maintain financial forecast for the corporate organizations
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in business or finance
3-5 years experience in finance roles requiring complex financial analysis
Exceptional financial modeling skills. Track record of building and improving complex corporate financial models
Strong communication skills and able to prepare polished presentations
Action oriented and can drive a process across the organization.
Ability to problem-solve, strong time-management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Functional knowledge of accounting concepts and internal controls
Strong attention to detail with big picture orientation- capable of interpreting findings, and communicating valuable, actionable insights.
Unfazed by the challenges of developing systems and processes from scratch
Ability to work in a hybrid manner:
2-3 days/week in the office (New York, US)

Compensation
All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Pay Range for this position
$100,000-$120,000 USD
